Team Empowerment S.A is a small company established in London during 2020, with the vision to support and increase Mental Health Awareness and provide unity, encouragement and affection for one another with no limitations through empowering quotes.

Our Way

Mission Statement

Our mission is to build a strong and supportive community for everyone who is/has been suffering from mental health problems worldwide. It is important to know that Mental health and behavioural problems (e.g. depression, anxiety, feeling suicidal and drug use) are reported to be the primary drivers of disability worldwide, causing over 40 million years of disability in 20 to 29-year-olds. Major depression is thought to be the second leading cause of disability worldwide and a major contributor to the burden of suicide and ischemic heart disease. It is estimated that 1 in 6 people per week experience a common mental health problem. As a company and individuals we are all a team united to empower the day to day lives of our family, friends and individuals arounds us to ensure they feel supported at all times.

Goal

Our goal is to empower everyone through motivational quotes on hoodies, t-shirts and mugs. A percentage of sales will go towards two different charities to support children, youth and adults with Mental Health. Further details of the chosen charities can be found within our Supporting Foundations page.

Supporting Foundations

Team Empowerment S.A has chosen to support Work for Good: in partnership with YOUNG MINDS UK. The purpose for choosing two different charities is because a percentage of sales obtained from kids collection will go to Work for Good:YOUNG MINDS UK and a percentage of sales from our adults collection will go to Work for Good: Mental Health Foundation. The kids collection is specifically focused against bullying and increases the awareness of children to be kind always. Both these charities work extremely hard to ensure every person is supported in the correct way.

Their mission is to help charities raise funds from purpose driven small businesses like ourselves. They believe that it is incredibly important to drive change socially, environmentally and economically. They have a responsibility to make a positive impact and contribute to a fairer, more equal and happier world. They are a small team aligned in purpose, and inspired by what we can learn from each other. We have an opportunity to make a difference and this makes us proud to be part of Work for Good.

YOUNG MINDS UK:

It is a charity designed specifically to help young people across the UK who are going through a difficult time and may be battling with Mental Health issues. It has been reported that 3 young people in every classroom have a mental health problem and that is where YOUNG MINDS UK are there to support and help. Their purpose is to stop young people’s mental health from reaching a crisis point.

Work for Good: in Partnership with Mental Health Foundation

The Mental Health Foundation is the UK’s charity for everyone’s mental health. With prevention at the heart of what they do, they aim to find and address the sources of mental health problems so that people and communities can thrive.

I am always willing to go the extra mile to ensure people are OK even though at times I may not be OK myself.
