We do not allow orders to be cancelled, please engage in our refund process if you wish to cancel your order!
Once you have received a shipping confirmation notification, the product is out of our hands and we cannot change the address or cancel the order.
Please email to [info@teamempowermentsa.com] to initiate the refund.
To complete your refund, please send your product to Team Empowerment [info@teamempowermentsa.com]. The item must be in original and undamaged condition.
Please allow 5 business days to process your refund from the time we receive the product. It is also important to email a copy of the postage receipt.
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your order to [info@teamempowermentsa.com] and re-order after receiving a full refund.
We do not cover the cost of shipping return labels.
After we have received your item, please allow us three days to process your return. We will provide you with a full refund
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchange product to reach you, may vary.
Team Empowerment S.A will provide a full refund if the following conditions apply:
- You have received a damaged product
- Incorrect product was dispatched
